Board Member

Tameika Coates-Love is a native of Kansas City, MO who is currently working in Washington, D.C. for her career with the federal government. 

 

Mrs. Love holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

In addition, she is a graduate of Graduate School USA’s intensive Executive Leadership Program.

 

She holds a professional certification in project management as a Product Owner. She is also a Federal Executive Board certified mediator and has served as a Visiting Professor at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) on behalf of her federal agency through a National Urban League partnership.

 

Mrs. Love lives in Northern Virginia—a suburb of Washington, DC with her husband, son and daughter where the family is very active in the community.

 

Mrs. Love has a personal passion for investing in the lives of inner-city youth. In her free time she reads, travels and volunteers with her family.
