Renita Gee Board Member-Grant Writer provides administrative and grant writing support to the Urban S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Team.

 

Renita is a native Missourian and has worked in the nonprofit community in Kansas City as a Youth Program Director. She received a BA and MA from The University of Missouri Kansas City with a focus in Criminal Justice-Community Organization & Change.

 

Renita developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector as a Volunteer and Youth Program Director from a formal youth development program for the Greater Kansas City YMCA nearly 16 years ago. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life of our community one program at a time.
