Vice-President

Mrs. Smith was raised and educated in the Kansas City's urban core so she understands first hand the disparity and scarce resources that was hidden from her community. 

She is passionate about serving the underserved by revealing resources, organizations and tools to the community that would empower and equip urban core families with the information and resources they need to succeed and live at their full potential.

Mrs. Smith is affiliated with several leadership programs and organizations which missions are to strengthen, enhance and inform our community of life changing resources such as:  The Kansas City Credit Union, South Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, C.O.P.E. - (Community Outreach Partners for Empowerment), The Kansas City Rescue Mission and Freedom School Inc.  just to name a few.  She currently serves on the board of The Kansas City Credit Union, C.O.P.E. and Urban Success Inc. 

She is a graduate of:

           *  Westport Business Technology/Communication Magnet High School with an

               emphasis in Broadcast Communication studies. 

           *  Washburn University - B.A. in Mass-Media, emphasis:  Electronic Media and a minor:                     Speech Communication. 

         

           *  Webster University – Master of Arts in Management/Leadership 

           *  Webster University - Master of Business Administation​

She was blessed to be apart of Mr. Ewing Kauffman's "Project Choice" program where she was the recipient of a 4 year academic college scholarship for her undergraduate studies. 

Mrs. Smith is married to Pastor Kevin Smith.   Along with being the First Lady, she is also the Youth Director at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
