Urban Success is hosting its free annual Educate to Excel community outreach event in an effort to give the youth of our community the resources they need to have a great start to their 2017-2018 school year!

Free backpacks with grade specific school supplies will be given away!

(Children must be present to receive a backpack)

Other services that will be on-site:

        * The Kansas City Health Department - Administering Immunizations (Prior Shot Records Required)

           * The Kansas City Missouri School District will be on-site to answer any enrollment questions.

        * Mammogram Mobile will be on-site conducting mammograms (See link for required forms)
